I'm Erin — an academic-turned-consultant with over a decade helping organizations measure impact, optimize programs, and secure funding. In academia I mastered the science of partnerships and evaluation; now I bring that to the nonprofit sector, where the potential for lasting impact is incredible.

When is the best time to do this work?

Impact Evaluation — the beginning of your fiscal year. Program Optimization — any time; if your program has start and stop dates, about a month before it starts. Funding Strategy — towards the end of your fiscal year, so you start the next one on the right track.

Do you offer grant writing services?

It depends on my availability. If you're a non-profit organization or charity, reach out and we'll talk through what you need.
