I'm an academic-turned-consultant with over a decade of experience helping organizations measure impact, optimize programs, and secure funding. In academia, I mastered the science of partnerships and evaluation, and now I bring those skills to the nonprofit sector, where the energy and potential for lasting impact are incredible.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle reporting, limited resources, and never-ending grant deadlines. That's why I've designed services that give you clarity, simple systems, and strategies you can actually use year after year.

Book a CallI generally say ~8 weeks. This depends on how fast I can get access to you and your data etc.
For Impact Evaluation - I recommend getting started at the beginning of your fiscal year. Program Optimization - Can be anytime. If your program has start/stop dates, then I would suggest about a month out from your start date. Funding Strategy - I would recommend towards the end of your fiscal year so that you can get started on the right track.
It depends on my availability. For non-profit organizations and charities, my rate is $75/hour + HST.
